With funds in place, we began construction of our multimedia studio. Grant funding allow us to purchase enough computer equipment to create four digital art stations for our members to create on.
In the beginning of January, we received permission to renovate a small room within NextGen church that would be the home of our ministry. As a team, we worked together to clear out the space to create an office, and assembled drafting tables that would be used for drawing and sculpting. We even created a small lounge area where our group could assemble for our monthly gatherings.
In April, we completed construction of the multimedia studio, and opened it for official use. We also created logo, signage, banners, and T-shirts to officially brand our ministry.
